These terms apply to the use of doorstep.dk and the services offered by Doorstep ApS. By using our website you accept these terms.
Doorstep provides vacation rental management for property owners in Denmark. We handle listing, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, and settlement on behalf of the property owner.
Our calculator tool provides an estimate based on market data. The estimate is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of future income. Actual income depends on factors such as season, location, property condition, and market conditions.
When entering into a partnership with Doorstep, a separate partnership agreement is drawn up with detailed terms regarding commission, partnership period, and termination. These terms are presented and accepted before the partnership commences.
Doorstep charges a commission of 20–23% of the rental income, depending on the chosen plan. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The cleaning fee is charged to the guest and is not part of the commission calculation.

Doorstep reserves the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail to existing partners.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
