The onboarding fee covers professional photography, listing setup and preparation of your property. Onboarding is free on all plans. We invest in you from day one.
Yes. The cleaning fee is added on top of the guest's price and covers the professional cleaning between each stay. It doesn't come out of your pocket.
After your commitment period, the partnership continues on the same terms — just without a fixed commitment. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. No automatic renewal of the commitment period.
You receive a detailed settlement and payout on the first business day of each month for the previous month's bookings.
